We have a freezer full of @bandb_farms_mi_grassfed_beef ground beef and steaks. This beef is 100% grass-fed and grass-finished beef. B&B avoid herbicides, pesticides, and chemical fertilizers. They avoid antibiotics, growth hormones, and chemical treatments. Ethan O'Brien was born and raised in Alpena where he fell in love with his parents' record collection and learned how to play rock and roll. In elementary school, he started the local band Bobbing for Piranhas with bassist Conor Larkin and drummer James Daoust. This is the first cider we have released that contains something other than fruit! We aged a beautiful blend of English cider apples and American heirloom apples in rum barrels and added whole Madagascar vanilla beans to the barrels. This cider comes in at 9% ABV. (And yes, it’s as amazing as it sounds) **And Cider Piquette, also called ciderkin, is made by rehydrating the pomace of apples after the first pressing and then re-pressing them for a light, low ABV product.
