Dearest Gentle Readers… 💌
After a most scandalous reshuffling of the social calendar, Bridgerton Trivia Night shall now grace us on May 6th at 6:30 PM.
Do try to recover.
And rumor has it… there may be canapés.
(We make no promises—only whispers and temptation.)
Now, a matter of grave importance:
If the ton continues to express interest without the decency of an actual RSVP… these soirées may cease to exist entirely. 💅
Yes. Gone. Like a poorly matched suitor.
So if you wish to sip cider, flaunt your superior knowledge of Lady Whistledown’s finest scandals, and perhaps nibble a canapé or two—you must RSVP.
✨ Gather your most cunning companions
✨ Dress for drama (optional, but encouraged)
✨ RSVP like your social standing depends on it
Because, frankly… it does.
Yours in cider and quiet desperation,
PIF Cider 🍎🍾

🍎✨ A little something rare is arriving Friday, May 8… and we’re making a night of it. And the majestic Gary of Vinyl Night will be spinning his jazz collection this evening!
Join us for our Pommeau Release Party and be among the first to taste three new pours that blur the line between cider, spirits, and pure indulgence:
🥃 Vieux Doux — traditional French-style pommeau aged on oak with notes of caramel, toffee, rich apple, and oak.
🍊 Pomfashioned — our pommeau nod to an Old Fashioned, steeped with herbs and spice, served over ice with orange rind.
🍒 Pomhattan — a Manhattan-inspired pommeau with cherry, bitters, spice, and all the moody elegance you’d hope for.
Each pour served in its own proper glassware, each with its own personality.
Slow sipping. Cozy vibes. A little French orchard meets cocktail lounge energy in the taproom.
Come taste what we’ve been aging toward. This release is something special. 🍏
Wednesday, May 13
6pm, Tickets available HERE
Join us for an evening of thoughtful indulgence as we explore the magic of cider and cheese pairing. For $25, you’ll be guided through four carefully selected cheeses alongside four complementary ciders, each chosen to highlight and elevate the other.
We’ll talk flavor profiles, pairing techniques, and why certain combinations just work—from bright and crisp to rich and indulgent. Whether you’re a seasoned taster or just here for a good time (valid), you’ll leave with a deeper appreciation for what happens when apples and cheese share the spotlight.
✨ 4 cheeses
🍎 4 ciders
🧀 Guided tasting experience
🥂 Light education, zero pretension
Come curious. Leave slightly smarter. Possibly obsessed.

Bella’s depressed.
Edward’s dramatic.
Jacob won’t keep his shirt on.
And somehow… we all watched it anyway.
Join us Wednesday, June 17th at 6:30pm at PIF Cider Taproom for New Moon Trivia Night — the Twilight chapter where:
✨ Edward dumps Bella in a forest like it’s a middle school breakup
✨ Bella discovers adrenaline is basically a personality
✨ Jacob becomes a human space heater
✨ And the Volturi prove Italy does vampire drama better
Think you know your werewolves, reckless motorcycle rides, and painfully long stares into the distance? Bring a team, grab a cider, and prove your Twilight knowledge is stronger than Bella’s impulse control.

A Create + Rave Night at PIF Cider
Step into the weirdest, most wonderful corner of your week—where crafting meets the dance floor.
We’re turning the taproom into a glowing, bass-filled creative playground. Bring a project you’ve been meaning to finish (or start something completely unhinged), grab a drink, and settle in while EDM pulses all night long.
No pressure. No perfection. Just making stuff with your hands while the music carries you.
✨ Expect:
A low-stakes, high-vibe crafting space
EDM beats all night (think: head-nod → full-on groove)
Tables for collage, DIY, book art, or whatever chaos you bring
Drinks flowing + creativity unlocked
Come solo or with friends. Talk, zone out, dance a little, create a lot.
Messy hands. Loud plans. Zero judgment.
We are still awaiting labels! We’ll let you know as soon as we can.
Come experience the extraordinary power of Pommeau — 1/4 apple brandy and 3/4 fresh apple juice, aged together in oak. We call it the “port of apples.” We’ve got 3 new Pommeau options coming at you! Join us this evening to be the first to try our:
Pomhattan:
20% abv
Classic cocktail inspired. Traditional Pommeau steeped with classic Manhattan herbs, spices, and cherry. Stirred not shaken, and served in a coupe glass with a cherry.
cherry, oranges, cocktail bitters, oak, rich apple
Pomfashioned:
20% abv
Classic cocktail inspired. Traditional Pommeau steeped with classic old fashioned herbs and spices, served over ice in a rocks glass with orange rind.
oranges, cocktail bitters, oak, rich apple
Vieux Doux (pronounced voodoo) :
18% abv
Traditional French style Pommeau made from mostly bittersweet cider apples blended with distilled apple brandy and aged on oak, served ambient in a snifter glass.
caramel, toffee, rich apple, oak
I volunteer as tribute… for trivia.
Hunger Games Trivia is coming to the taproom!
Books + Movies
If you can tell your Katniss from your Johanna, your District 12 from 13, and you definitely know what happened with those berries… this night is yours.
Gather your smartest allies.
Choose your district wisely.
May the odds be ever in your favor (and your cider glass full).

✨ Art Opening: Jessica Kaiser’s Multi-Media Work
Join us Friday, March 6th at 6pm for the opening reception of Jessica’s mesmerizing art work exhibit! Music by Rich Rider
In Jessica’s Words:
I am a multimedia artist focusing on using discarded materials such as trash from our lakes and litter in the street to compose layered emotional work, as well as creating honest reflections about women. My surfaces are built raw; brushstrokes remain exposed, imperfect, and intentional. I reclaim what has been thrown away to reveal that what is broken still holds value, and what is fractured can be whole.
Living with bipolar disorder, I create as a way to navigate the shifting tempos of my mind—intensity and stillness existing side by side. The canvas becomes a record of movement and emotion: yelling, dancing, crying, laughing. Each piece holds that energy.
At its core, my work centers on female connection- the relationships who have supported and sustained the cracks and faults, providing the mortar to hold me together. Some of the artwork is sharp, other pieces with a limited palette. At times my inspiration pours out rapidly; other times my focus is on a single piece for months, obsessively placing every tiny leaf by hand.
Every time I take a deep breath and put my brush to the canvas, I try to create something that is real. I believe everything has infinite value, even if it started as a discarded balloon about to be washed down the gutter. The world softens when we learn how to look at it.
Come meet the artist, sip cider, and see this lady’s work!
