Private Behind-the-Scenes Cider Production Tour

Saturday, November 7th, 2-4pm

Ever wonder how apples become cider? Go behind the scenes at Presque Isle Farm for an exclusive, guided tour led by our head cider maker, Dion Stepanski.

This is your chance to step beyond the taproom, behind the curtain, and into the world of traditional cider making. Explore our production space, learn how we transform Michigan-grown apples into distinctive small-batch ciders, and discover the craft, science, and creativity behind every pour. From the apples we source to the fermentation process and the decisions that shape each cider’s flavor, Dion will share an insider’s perspective you won’t get from simply sitting at the bar.

Whether you're a dedicated cider enthusiast, a curious home fermenter, or someone who just loves knowing the story behind what’s in their glass, this private experience offers a deeper appreciation for the art and work of cider making in Northern Michigan.

Your experience includes:

  • A guided, behind-the-scenes tour of our cider production facilities

  • Insights and stories from our head cider maker

  • An inside look at our small-batch production methods and approach to traditional cider making

  • An opportunity to ask questions and geek out about all things cider!
