This month's Cider Club we will be releasing our new 2022 Farmhouse. We will taste it next to our 2020 Farmhouse and discuss the process of blending and all that goes into creating PIF Cider. The Farmhouse represents everything we love about English cider apples blended and pulled together with one of the most classic of American heirloom apples, Northern Spy.
