Our 2021 Vanilla Blush -
FRUIT: Blend of heirloom apples with a touch of blueberries, cherries, and Petite Pearl grapes
VESSEL: French Oak Wine Barrels
YEAST: Wild and Wine
This cider aged on the lees of our Rose cider. mellow apple, light oak, berry, vanilla

And our Olo ( a nod to the Spanish sherry, Oloroso)

APPLES:35% Dabinett, 30% Golden Russet, 15% Hewe's Crab, 10% Kingston Black, 10% Brown Snout and Cox
VESSEL: Aged in Oloroso Sherry and Neutral French Oak Casks
YEAST: Wild and wine
A portion of this cider aged in a Spanish Oloroso sherry barrel. nutty, ripe apple, dried fruit, tobacco
