Join us for our Pommeau Release Party and be among the first to taste three new pours that blur the line between cider, spirits, and pure indulgence:

🥃 Vieux Doux — traditional French-style pommeau aged on oak with notes of caramel, toffee, rich apple, and oak.

🍊 Pomfashioned — our pommeau nod to an Old Fashioned, steeped with herbs and spice, served over ice with orange rind.

🍒 Pomhattan — a Manhattan-inspired pommeau with cherry, bitters, spice, and all the moody elegance you’d hope for.

Each pour served in its own proper glassware, each with its own personality.
