For this month's cider club we will be tasting the following:

1. A new Pet Nat that is just about ready to be bottled. This cider is still in fermentation. We will get a sense of the pet nat process and the cider making process in general.

2. Then, we will be tasting three trial hopped ciders to see which hop profiles people like best. This will help us decide on the hops we will use in a hopped cider that will be released this spring. We sourced the following hops from 45th Parallel for these trials -

Michigan Copper hops
Fuggle and Michigan Copper hops
Michigan Copper and Mackinac hops

Next month we'll be tasting a new ciderkin and three new canned ciders that are coming out!!!
